Understand the Record Before Interpreting It

What Is TRONSCAN Used For?

TRONSCAN is a blockchain explorer for the TRON network. It lets you explore public information about accounts, transactions, blocks and token activity. A wallet address or transaction hash provides a starting point for finding the relevant on-chain records.

A blockchain explorer helps you inspect activity. A wallet manages access to your accounts and allows you to initiate transactions. Looking up a public transaction does not require you to share a private key or recovery phrase.

How to Check a TRON Transaction on Your Phone

  1. Find the transaction hash. Open the transfer record in the wallet or exchange that sent the payment. Look for a transaction ID, hash or TxID.
  2. Open TRONSCAN. Visit tronscan.org and search for the full transaction hash. Confirm that the transfer used the TRON network.
  3. Review the transaction details. Compare the status, sender and recipient. For a token payment, also review the token transfer record, amount and contract.
  4. Check the receiving platform. An on-chain transaction and an exchange account balance are different records. If a deposit has not appeared, check the receiving platform’s deposit requirements.

If the explorer shows no result, check that you copied the complete hash and selected the correct network. A missing result alone does not explain what happened to the transfer.

What Should You Check in a TRC20 Transfer?

TRC20 is a token standard on the TRON network. When checking a TRC20 payment, such as a USDT transfer on TRON, review the token contract alongside the displayed token name. A matching symbol alone does not establish that a token is authentic.

Compare the destination address, amount and token transfer record with the payment you expected. Make sure the sending and receiving services support the same network. A successful transaction alone does not prove that a payment or token is legitimate.

Common Questions

TRONSCAN and TRON FAQ

Is Tronscan News the official TRONSCAN website?

No. Tronscan News is an independent educational website. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by TRONSCAN, TRON or Tether. To use the blockchain explorer, visit tronscan.org.

Do I need to connect a wallet to use this website?

No. Reading our guides does not require a wallet connection. Public blockchain lookups use public wallet addresses or transaction hashes.

Can I check a USDT transfer on TRONSCAN?

You can look up a USDT transfer made on the TRON network by searching its transaction hash and reviewing the token transfer details. Transfers on other blockchains require an explorer for the corresponding network.

Why is my transfer visible on-chain but missing from my exchange balance?

The receiving platform may have its own confirmation requirements, supported-network rules or deposit processing steps. Compare its deposit instructions with your transaction and contact its official support team if needed.
